I can't find the information I need on this website. Who can I contact?

If you need further information, please email us at support@ngceurope.com. Please bear in mind that we can only answer questions relating to the Viewers' Club and due to the number of enquiries we receive, your email may not be answered immediately.
I am having problems logging onto the Viewers' Club.

Make sure that you have typed your username and password correctly, paying special attention to the letters - make sure that the uppercase and lowercase letters are correct. If you are still having problems once you've checked these details, click this link and we will send your login details via email.
My password is hard to remember, how can I change it?

You will need to log on to your Viewers' Club account in the normal way using your old password. Once you have entered the site, click on the 'My details' link in the green bar at the top right of the page. You will then see a form with all your personal details including two fields for your password. Type in your chosen password twice, making sure they are exactly the same, then click the submit button. Your password will automatically be updated.
How do I change my personal details or the services I receive?

Clicking on the 'My subscriptions' or 'My details' links at the top right of the Viewers' Club pages will take you to forms where you can change and update any aspect of your membership.

Simple. Just click here and fill in your email address - your login details will be sent to you immediately.
What do you use my details for?

We only use your details manage and provide your Viewers' Club services. None of your details are passed on to any other organisation for any other purposes. We keep your address to send you our quarterly magazine Close-Up and to send any special offers or Viewers' Club gifts. We require what platform you are subscribed to in case a certain promotion or competition relates to that service provider only.
I don't want to be a member of the Viewers' Club any more, how do I unsubscribe from the service?

All you need to do is send an email to vc-unsubscribe@ngceurope.com and we will remove your name from our database. Please note that this must be sent from the email address which you use for your Viewers' Club membership.
